摘要:
张士卿教授认为儿童过敏性紫癜的病机在于脉络受损，血不循经，溢于脉外，热、毒、瘀、虚在其中起重要作用，故在辨证基础上选择不同的对药，如用紫草、茜草治疗皮肤紫癜，用延胡索、川楝子、白芷治疗腹型紫癜，用木瓜、防己治疗关节型紫癜，用升麻、葛根、山药、黄芪治疗肾型紫癜，屡显疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Shiqing considers that the pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) lies in blood overflowing outside the veins because of the injured vein, meanwhile, heat, poison, stagnation and deficiency plays the vital roles in the process, therefore, on the foundation of syndrome differentiation, different couplet medicines were selected, that is, treating skin purpura with Zicao (Arnebiae radix) and Qiancao (Rubiae radix et rhizoma), Yanhusuo (Corydalis rhizoma), Chuanlianzi (Toosendan fructus) and Baizhi (Angelicae dahuricae radix) were applied to treat abdominal purpura, pawpaw (Chaenomelis fructus) and Fangji (Stephaniae tetrandrae radix) were used to treat joint type of purpura, Shengma (Cimicifugae rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae lobatae radix), Yam, Huangqi (Astragali radix)were adopted to treat kidney type of purpura, to obtain the satis-factory clinical effects.
