摘要:
目的基于CiteSpace探讨中医药治疗病毒性心肌炎（viral myocarditis，VMC）的研究现状、热点及前沿，旨在为临床及科研提供参考。 方法计算机检索中国知网2006—2021年间发表的中医药治疗VMC的相关文献，使用CiteSpace 5.7.R5W软件对检索出的1154篇文献作者发文情况、机构合作及分布情况、关键词共现及聚类进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。 结果该领域核心作者31名，以张明雪为代表；51家研究机构中以黑龙江中医药大学最为高产；190个关键词中“中西医结合疗法”出现频次最高；聚类结果显示目前该病研究热点主要集中于中西医结合诊治、VMC中医治法理论的研究与小儿VMC，而Meta分析与研究进展是该领域的趋势。 结论目前中医药治疗VMC的研究尚未形成一定规模，建议今后应当加强对该领域的研究，使中医药在VMC的防治中能发挥更大的作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the research status, hotspots and frontier of TCM therapy of viral myo-carditis (VMC) based on CiteSpace, in oder to provide the reference for clinical work and scientific research. MethodsThe literature on TCM therapy between 2006 and 2021 were searched from CNKI using computer, CiteSpace 5.7.R5W was applied to perform visualization analysis of the publication conditions of the authors, institutional collaboration, the distribution, keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis in 1154 papers, and to draw knowledge map. ResultsThere were 31 core authors in the field, with Zhang Mingxue as the representative; among the 51 institutions, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was the most prolific one, "integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy" occurred with the highest frequency among 190 keywords, the results of cluster analysis displayed that the research hotspots of the diseases were concentrated on the diagnosis and treatment of integrative therapy, theoretical study of TCM therapies for VM and pediatric VMC, however, Meta analysis and research progress were the trends in the field. ConclusionThe studies on TCM therapy of VMC have not formed a certain scale at present, it is suggested that the research in this field should be strengthened in the future in order to promote traditional Chinese medicine to play a greater role in the prevention and treatment of viral myocarditis.
