查阅近年来相关文献，对各种靶向药物治疗恶性肿瘤时不良反应的发生机制、临床表现、治疗方法进行分析、归纳、总结，旨在为临床干预、靶向药物减毒增效、提高患者治疗依从性及生存质量等方面提供参考。
Abstract:
By consulting the relevant literatures in recent years, the mechanism, clinical manifestations, therapeutic methods of the adverse reaction causes by various types of targeted drugs for the treatment of malignant tumor were analyzed, summarized and concluded, in order to provide the reference for clinical intervention, reducing poison and increasing the efficacy of the targeted drugs, enhancing therapeutic compliance and quality of life.
