摘要:
目的探究当归芍药消癃散联合坦索罗辛对良性前列腺增生患者排尿功能、性激素的影响。 方法选取良性前列腺增生患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组使用坦索罗辛治疗，观察组使用当归芍药消癃散联合坦索罗辛治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候评分、国际前列腺症状评分表（International Prostate Symptom Score，IPSS）评分、性生活质量调查表（Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire-Quality of Life，SLQQ-QOL）评分、前列腺体积，比较两组尿动力学指标、前列腺特异抗原（Prostate specific antigen，PSA）、性激素水平，以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。 结果两组治疗前症状评分、尿动力学指标、IPSS、SLQQ-QOL评分、性激素水平、前列腺体积、PSA水平差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后观察组中医证候评分、IPSS评分、前列腺体积、PSA水平、残余尿量、雌二醇水平低于对照组，SLQQ-QOL评分、平均尿流率、最大尿流率、睾酮水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率［93.3%（42/45）］高于对照组［77.8%（35/45）］（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P＞0.05）。 结论使用当归芍药消癃散联合坦索罗辛对良性前列腺增生患者进行治疗，能够减轻患者中医证候、前列腺症状，改善患者排尿功能、性生活质量，调节性激素水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Danggui Shaoyao uroschesis-eliminating powder combined with tamsulosin on urination and sex hormone in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPN). MethodsA total of 90 BPN patients were selected and randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each group, the control group was treated with tamsulosin, and the observation group took Danggui Shaoyao uroschesis-eliminating powder and tamsulosin orally. To compare TCM syndrome integrals, IPSS scores, SLQQ-QOL scores, prostate gland volume before and after the treatment between the two groups, to investigate urodynamic indicators, the levels of PSA and sex hormone, clinical effects and the incidences of adverse reaction in both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in symptom scores, urodynamic indicators, IPSS scores, SLQQ-QOL scores, the levels of sex hormone, prostate gland volume and PSA levels before the treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, TCM syndrome integrals and IPSS scores, prostate gland volume and PSA levels, residual urine volume (RUV) and the levels of estradiol of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, SLQQ-QOL scores, mean urinary flow rate, maximum urinary flow rate and the levels of testosterone were higher than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was [93.3%(42/45)], higher than [77.8%(35/45)] of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidences of adverse reaction between both groups (P>0.05). ConclusionDanggui Shaoyao uroschesis-eliminating powder combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of BPN patients could relieve TCM syndrome and prostatic symptoms, improve the patients' urination, and the quality of sex life as well as regulate the levels of sex hormone.
