摘要:
中满内热糖尿病属于中医“脾瘅”范畴，仝小林院士基于中医传统辨证思维与现代医学科技成果相结合的思路，提出“态靶辨证”处方策略，将糖尿病划分为郁、热、虚、损四个基本阶段。本文以中满内热兼瘀为郁热互结阶段的基本态，采用大黄黄连泻心汤以调中满内热之偏态的同时加葛根解热生津、三七化瘀生新、西洋参益气养阴，从而改善临床症状与核心病理变化，态靶同调，实现中医诊疗的精准化与现代化。
Abstract:
Internal heat and fullness type of diabetes mellitus (DM) belongs to the category of "spleen heat" in TCM, academician Tong Xiaolin raises the strategy of "state-target" based on traditional thinking of syndrome differentiation in TCM combined with achievements in modern medical technology, and divided DM into four phases: stagnation, heat, deficiency and depletion. Internal heat and fullness with blood stasis is the fundamental state of accumulation of heat and depression, Daihuang Huanglian Xiexin Tang was adopted to ajust the abnormality of internal heat and fullness, Gegen (Puerariae lobatae radix) was added to relieve fever and generate fluid, Sanqi (Notoginseng radix et rhizoma) was applied to remove stasis and produce new blood, and American ginseng was used to benefit Qi and nourish Yin, thereby improving clinical symptoms and core pathological changes, regula-ting the state and targets simultaneously, so as to acheive the precision and modernisation in Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.
