摘要:
目的分析历年来针灸治疗心律失常的研究热点及变化趋势。 方法在中国知网数据库中检索针灸治疗心律失常的相关文献，利用CiteSpace软件对文献的基本信息、作者、机构和关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析。 结果共纳入568篇文献，其中2020年发文量最多，共32篇；国家自然科学基金（40篇）是该领域资助最多的基金项目；图谱中最突出的作者是郑利岩、陈颖、郭义、张艳军、李正廉、吴大辂和曹震；有12个机构发文在3篇以上；关键词知识图谱中共纳入1127个关键词，中介中心性排名前5的关键词是心律失常、针刺、内关、电针和针灸。 结论针灸治疗心律失常的研究领域已具有完整的团队，但不同团队和机构之间合作较少，心率变异性可能是未来几年的主要研究热点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the research hotspots and trends of acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia over the years. MethodsThe literature on acupuncture treatment for cardiac arrhythmia was retrieved from CNKI. CiteSpace software was utilized to draw and analyze the knowledge map of the basic information, author, institutions and keywords of the literature. ResultsAll 568 papers were included, among them, the largest number of articles was issued in 2020, totalling 32 articles; National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (40 articles) was the most funded in this field; the most prominent authors in the mapping were Zheng Liyan, Chen Ying, Guo Yi, Zhang Yanjun, Li Zhenglian, Wu Dalu and Cao Zhen; 12 institutions had published more than three papers; a total of 1127 keywords were included in the keyword knowledge map, the top five keywords in terms of intermediary centrality were arrhythmia, needling, Neiguan (PC6), electroacupuncture and acupuncture. ConclusionAcupuncture for arrhythmia has formed a complete team in the field, but there is less collaboration between different teams and institutions, cardiac rate variability may be a major research hotspot in the coming years.
