摘要:
目的探讨中药保留灌肠辅助治疗盆腔炎性疾病（pelvic inflammatory disease，PID）湿毒壅盛证的疗效。 方法回顾性分析60例PID湿毒壅盛证患者的病历资料，按不同的治疗方法分为两组，每组30例。对照组行常规抗生素治疗，治疗组于对照组的基础上采取中药保留灌肠，两组均连续干预14天。比较两组视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale，VAS）评分、中医证候积分、血常规指标及临床疗效。 结果治疗14天后两组下腹部及腰骶部VAS评分、中医证候积分、白细胞及中性粒细胞计数均减少（P＜0.05），且治疗组较对照组减少更显著（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率［96.67%（29/30）］高于对照组［73.33%（22/30）］（P＜0.05）。 结论于常规治疗基础上联合中药保留灌肠辅助治疗PID湿毒壅盛证患者，可明显提高临床疗效，缓解患者疼痛症状，改善中医证候，抑制炎症反应。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore clinical effects of retention enema with TCM as adjunctive therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) of dampness toxin accumulation pattern. MethodsThe data of 60 PID patients was retrospectively analyzed, and 60 patients were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics, and the treatment group accepted retention enema with TCM on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted. Both groups were intervened for 14 days continuously. To compare VAS scores, TCM syndrome integrals, blood routine indexes and clinical effects in the two groups. ResultsAfter treating for 14 days, VAS scores of lumbosacral portion and lower abdomen, TCM syndrome integrals, white blood cells (WBC) counting and neutrophile granulocyte counting were reduced in the two groups (P<0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more evident than that of the control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was [96.67%(29/30)], higher than [73.33%(22/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the foundation of routine therapy, the combination with retention enema with TCM in the treatment of PID of dampness toxin accumulation pattern could obviously enhance clinical effects, mitigate the patients' pain, improve TCM syndromes and inhibit infla-mmatory reactions.
