摘要:
基于中医学对非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）的认识，从临床研究、基础研究及药效分析入手综述苓桂术甘汤治疗NAFLD的研究进展，指出苓桂术甘汤治疗NAFLD的作用机制可能与其改善胰岛素抵抗与氧化应激水平，调节肝脏脂质代谢，调节自噬和肠道菌群，抗炎等有关。
Abstract:
This article summarizes the research progress of treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with Linggui Zhugan Tang from clinical studies, basic research and pharmacodynamic analysis on the foundation of the understanding of NAFLD in TCM, the mechanism of treating NAFLD with the decoction may be related to its effects of improving insulin resistance and the levels of oxidative stress, regulating lipid metabolism in the liver, adjusting autophagy and intestinal flora, and anti-inflammation.
