摘要:
从心衰患者发生便秘的机制入手，分析临床治疗此类疾病的治法，认为穴位贴敷法可以通过药物作用于体表及对穴位的刺激，达到防治疾病的目的。可单独选穴，也可配伍他穴，甚至配合其他疗法，如联合耳穴贴压、穴位按摩、手法腹部按摩、中药直肠滴入、揿针埋针疗法等，以上疗法不仅能够减轻药物对心衰患者胃肠道的刺激，而且操作简便。
Abstract:
The article analyzes therapeutic methods for constipation in heart failure (HF) patients based on the mechanism of constipation occurred in HF patients, acupoint application could prevent and treat the disease by drug acting on the body surface and stimulating the points. Single use of the acupoints, or the combination with other acupoints, even other therapeutic methods, such as auricular acupressure, acupoint massage, abdominal massage with manipulation, herbal enema, embedded needle therapy, could not only reduce drug irritation in the gastrointestinal tract of patients with heart failure, but also easily being operated.
