摘要:
对含有隐喻的中医古籍书名翻译进行研究，认为可以根据常规性程度的不同，将中医古籍书名中的隐喻分为高、中、低三类，发现常规性程度的高低对书名中隐喻翻译策略的选择有一定影响。一般来说，常规程度高的隐喻多用意译法译出其内涵；常规程度中等的隐喻意译、改译、直译都存在，需视情况而定；常规程度低的隐喻多用直译保留其特色。
Abstract:
This paper studies the titles of ancient Chinese medical books that contain metaphors. According to the degree of conventionality, we divided the metaphors in the titles of ancient Chinese medical books into three categories: high, medium and low, and found that the degree of conventionality has certain influence on the choice translated freely into its connotation. The translation of metaphors with moderate conventionality depends on specific situations, in which the free translation, modified translation and literal translation can be used flexibly. And metaphors with low conventionality are often translated literally to retain their features.
