摘要:
中医学治疗血栓前状态复发性流产主张采取“预培其损”原则进行干预：第一是孕前对于经不调者，当先调经；第二是孕早期及时干预，补益肾气，活血化瘀，调理脏腑气血，提高妊娠成功率；第三孕后积极保胎，固护胎元，防止复发性流产再次发生。附验案1则以佐证。
Abstract:
In the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in the pre-thrombotic state, TCM advocates the application of "compensating weakness in advance": firstly, regulating menstruation should be performed for the patients suffering irregular menstruation; secondly, timely intervention during the early pregnancy, invigorating kidney Qi, activating blood and removing stasis, regulating visceral Qi and blood were adopted to raise the pregnancy success rate; thirdly, actively preventing the miscarriage after the pregnancy, securing the foetus were carried out so as to prevent recurrent spontaneous abortion. One proven case is attached for the verification.
