摘要:
现代药理研究表明芍药苷具有抗血栓形成、免疫调节、保护神经、抗癌、抗炎等作用。通过查阅近些年芍药苷治疗胶质瘤的研究文献，从芍药苷可多靶点作用于分子水平抑制胶质瘤生长、迁移及侵袭，穿越血脑屏障、抗血管生成防治脑胶质瘤等方面总结芍药苷抗脑胶质瘤的作用机制，为临床应用及研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Modern pharmacological studies have shown that paeoniflorin has the effects of preventing thrombogenesis, immune regulation, nerve protection, anticancer and anti-inflammation. By consulting the research literature on treating glioma with paeoniflorin in the recent years, paeoniflorin could inhibit the growth, migration and invasion of glioma at molecular level by multiple targets, prevent and treat brain glioma by crossing the blood-brain barrier, and anti-angiogenesis, in order to summarize the mechanism of treating glioma with paeoniflorin, which could provide the reference for clinical application and the study.
