摘要:
总结张磊教授临床运用丹栀逍遥散异病同治的临证经验。张磊教授临证时洞察病因，审证求机，活用丹栀逍遥散，丹栀逍遥散虽所治疾病不同，但其病机多与肝、脾有关，以丹栀逍遥散之功，疏肝健脾、清热养血，若有其他兼症则随症加减，体现了异病同治的辨证论治思想。
Abstract:
The paper summed up professor Zhang Lei’s clinical experience in treating various diseases with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in clinic. Professor Zhang Lei strives to seek the causes of the disease in clinic, and to survey the pathogenesis by analyzing the syndromes, and he flexibly uses the powder, although the powder was applied in the treatment for different diseases, the pathogenesis of the diseases is mostly related to liver and spleen, this powder calms the liver, invigorates spleen, clears heat and nourishes the blood, modified according to the accompanying symptoms, reflecting the thinking of "same treatment for different diseases".
