摘要:
对临床前期类风湿关节炎（preclinical rheumatoid arthritis，pre-RA）的中西医特征从诊断、治疗等方面进行论述，指出在遗传基因、所处环境、症状不同时，pre-RA发展为类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）的风险也不一致。RA临床前期阶段，表现多样，各项检查针对不一，要重视强化诊治，将临床表现与相关检测指标紧密联系，掌握病情以进行针对性治疗。此外，患者应注意锻炼关节功能，提升生存能力；积极处理患者因病情所致的不良心理状态，有助于阻止疾病发展。
Abstract:
The paper stated the characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in preclinical rheumatoid arthritis (pre-RA) from the diagnosis and treatment, and it is pointed out that the risks of pre-RA progressing to RA varies depending on genetics, the environmental factors and symptoms. RA manifests in diverse ways during the preclinical stages, and special attention is needed for diagnosis and treatment due to the differing focus of various examinations, integrating clinical presentations with pertinent laboratory indexes improves clinical assessment to guide targeted treatment. In addition, patients should engage in joint exercises to enhance independence in daily activities; addressing the psychological distress caused by the disease proactively helps prevent the progression of diseases.
