摘要:
对针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）的临床疗效评价标准作一综述，指出临床疗效评价主要依赖于各类量表、实验室指标以及影像学检查等，临床中应采用综合应用的方式，高频次地使用AS功能相关评价量表、疼痛评估量表以及实验室炎症指标，以便有针对性地对疗效进行判定，为后续临床治疗提供参考和方向，从而制定更加全面、合理、有效的治疗方案。
Abstract:
The paper reviewed the evaluation criteria for clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of AS, the evaluation of clinical effects primarily relies on various scales, laboratory parameters and imaging findings, integrating AS-functional assessment scales, VAS with laboratory parameters should be applied at high frequency in clinical practice in order to assess clinical effects in a targeted way, and it could provide the references and clinical guidance for the following therapy, thereby developing a comprehensive, rational and effective therapeutic regimen.
