摘要:
目的观察舌下络脉放血法疗法治疗慢性失眠瘀血内阻证患者的临床疗效。 方法选择60例慢性失眠患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组32例、对照组28例。观察组点刺舌系带两旁充盈、怒张的舌下静脉，使瘀血自行流出；对照组口服右佐匹克隆片，两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、舌下络脉评分、临床有效率及不良反应。 结果治疗后，两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；舌下络脉评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。观察组临床有效率［90.6%（29/32）］高于对照组［75.0%（21/28）］，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论舌下络脉放血疗法治疗瘀血内阻型慢性失眠，疗效与口服镇静催眠药基本相当，且具有疼痛程度轻、患者易接受、无毒副作用的优势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey curative effects of sublingual bloodletting therapy in the treatment of chronic insomnia of blood stasis obstructing pattern. MethodsSixty patients were chosen, and divided into 32 cases in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group using random number table method. Stabbing the engorged and swollen sublingual veins on both sides of the frenulum in the observation group causes blood stasis to drain out spontaneously; while the control group took Dexzopiclone tablets orally, and the course of the treatment was one month. To compare PSQI scores, the scores of sublingual vessels, clinical effective rate and adverse reaction before and after the treatment in the groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the difference had no statistical meaning in PSQI scores between the two groups (P>0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the scores of sublingual vessels (P<0.001). Clinical effective rate of the observation group was [90.6%(29/32)], higher than [75.0%(21/28)] of the control group, while the difference showed no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionThe efficacy of sublingual bloodletting therapy for chronic insomnia of blood stasis obstructing pattern is comparable to that of oral sedative-hypnotic drugs, moreover, it offers advantages such as minimal discomfort, high acceptability, and an absence of side effects..
