摘要:: 银屑病发病有外邪侵袭、毒邪内入，热邪伏于血分的特点，起病时以斑疹为突出表现，与温病受当令邪气而发，邪伏血分和发展由气入血的特点相符。基于温病理论采用清热凉血滋阴的治则，方选清营热、凉血分、养营阴之清营汤与清热凉血、养阴清心之导赤散合用，可透营转气、清血分郁热、滋养阴津，为银屑病的辨证论治提供了新思路。

Abstract:: The onset of psoriasis is characterized by invasion of external pathogenic factors, internal invasion of toxic pathogen and heat pathogen lying in blood, with plaques as the prominent manifestation at onset of psoriasis, conforming to the features of febrile disease: attacking by the dominant evil, pathogen lying in blood and progression from Qi to blood. Clearing heat, cooling blood and nourishing Yin was adopted as therapeutic principles based on febrile disease theory, the prescriptions chose Qingying decoction, which could clear heat in nutrient phase, cool blood phase and nourish nutrient Yin, and Daochi powder for clearing heat and cooling blood, nourishing Yin and clearing heart, playing the role of expelling pathogenic factors from nutrient phase to Qi phase, clearing away the heat in blood phase, and nourishing Yin-fluid, which could provide new thinking for syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.
