摘要:
基于张震教授“一体两翼、疏调气机”的学术思想，从中西医结合视角分析下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴（hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis，HPA Axis，HPA轴）与肝、脾、肾之间的联系，张震教授认为HPA轴失调是气机紊乱的重要生物学表现，疏调气机治法的机制可能是通过调控HPA轴功能以恢复机体平衡，“一体两翼、疏调气机”的科学内涵为临床基于气机防治诸病提供了一定理论基础和科学依据。
Abstract:
Based on professor Zhang Zhen’s academic thinking of "one body with two wings, regulating Qi movement", the connection between HPA axis with liver, spleen and kidney was analyzed from the perspective of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine, professor Zhang Zhen holds that HPA axis dysfunction is the important biological manifestations of disorder of Qi movement, the mechanism of regulating Qi movement might be to restore body balance by regulating the function of HPA axis, scientific connotation of "one body with two wings, regulating Qi movement" could provide certain theoretical foundation and scientific reference for the prevention and treatment of various diseases from Qi movement.
