摘要:
综述自噬-溶酶体途径（autophagy-lysosome pathway，ALP）与帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease， PD）的关系及其对α-突触核蛋白（α-synuclein，α-syn）的作用机制，总结目前中医药（包括中药复方、中药单体及针刺法）治疗PD的自噬调控机制，为中医药治疗PD提供新的理论依据。
Abstract:
We summarized the relationship between ALP and PD, and its mechanism on α-syn, and summed up the autophagy-regulation mechanism of TCM therapies (containing herbal compounds, herbal monomer and needling) for PD, which could produce new theoretical reference for TCM therapies targeting PD.
