摘要:
从“线粒体质量控制”探讨通过宗气理论论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）的科学内涵，宗气理论的现代科学内涵与“线粒体质量控制”有一定相关性，补益宗气能够改善COPD患者受损线粒体形态、功能和质量，调节线粒体自噬，能够维持肺部细胞稳态；从“宗气”与“线粒体质量控制”的相关性出发，能够帮助理解补益宗气治疗COPD的科学内涵，对临床诊疗具有一定启发性。
Abstract:
We discussed scientific connotation of treating COPD from the perspective of Zong Qi theory on the foundation of "mitochondrial quality control" theory, modern scientific basis of Zong Qi theory is associated with "mitochondrial quality control" theory, supplementing Zong Qi could improve the morphology, function, and quality of damaged mitochondria in COPD patients, regulate mitophagy, and maintain the homeostasis of lung cells; understanding the correlation between "Zong Qi" and "mitochondrial quality control" provides a foundation for elucidating the scientific basis of supplementing Zong Qi as a treatment for COPD, offering valuable insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
