摘要:
对线粒体自噬在缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)中的作用机制及中医药防治研究现状进行综述,指出线粒体自噬通过清除受损线粒体、减少氧化应激、缓解钙超载、抑制细胞凋亡及炎症反应,在IS的神经保护中发挥重要作用,而中药活性成分如苯酞类、萜类、酚类、醌类、苷类、酮类化合物等能够通过不同机制调节线粒体自噬,改善细胞功能并促进神经修复。
Abstract:
The article reviewed the mechanism of mitophagy in ischemic stroke (IS) and the current state of research on TCM prevention and treatment, it was pointed out that mitophagy played the key role in neural protection of IS through clearing the damaged mitochondria, reducing oxidative stress, relieving calcium overload, alongside inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory response, and the active ingredients of the herbs such as benzophenones, terpenes, and phenols, quinones, together with glycosides, ketones and others, could adjust mitophagy via different mechanisms, improve cell function and promote nerve repair.
