摘要:
目的观察降脂通脉饮联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗痰瘀互阻型高脂血症（hyperlipidemia，HLP）的临床疗效。 方法选择60例HLP痰瘀互阻型患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。对照组予瑞舒伐他汀治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上予降脂通脉饮治疗。比较两组血脂指标［总胆固醇（total cholesterol，TC）、甘油三酯（triglyceride，TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C）］、血清炎性因子［血清超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）、白细胞介素18（interleukin-18，IL-18）］水平以及中医证候疗效和临床疗效。 结果治疗后，两组患者血脂TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低（P＜0.05），HDL-C水平升高不明显（P＞0.05），且治疗组患者血脂TG、TC水平降低更明显（P＜0.05），而治疗组LDL-C、HDL-C水平改变不明显（P＞0.05）；血清炎性因子hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-18水平均降低（P＜0.05），治疗组降低更明显（P<0.05）；中医证候疗效治疗组［93.33%（28/30）］高于对照组［76.67%（23/30）］（P＜0.05）；总有效率治疗组［90.00%（27/30）］高于对照组［83.33%（25/30）］（P＜0.05）。 结论降脂通脉饮联合瑞舒伐他汀可通过调节血清炎性因子及血脂水平，达到调节体内炎性反应及调脂降脂效果，从而改善临床症状，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey clinical effects of lipid-reducing collaterals-unblocking drink and rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type of hyperlipidemia (HLP). MethodsSixty patients were chosen and allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, lipid-reducing collaterals-unblocking drink was given to the treatment group based on the therapy of the control group. To compare the levels of blood lipid indexes including TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C, serum inflammatory factors such as hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-18, clinical effects of TCM syndromes and curative effects between the two groups. ResultsThe reductions in TC, TG and LDL-C levels were observed in the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05), the elevation in HDL-C levels was not pronounced (P>0.05), moreover, the treatment group showed a more pronounced reduction in TG and TC levels (P<0.05), while an insignificant change in the levels of LDL-C and HDL-C (P>0.05); the levels of inflammatory factors including hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-18 were lower (P<0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more evident (P<0.05); the effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was [93.33%(28/30)], higher than [76.67%(23/30)] of the control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was [90.00%(27/30)], superior to [83.33%(25/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionLipid-reducing collaterals-unblocking drink and rosuvastatin calcium tablets could regulate systemic inflammatory response and lower lipid levels by adjusting the levels of serum inflammatory factors and blood lipid, thereby improving clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects.
