摘要:: 目的：观察中西医结合治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法：将122例早期先兆流产患者随机分为2组，对照组60例口服维生素E、沙丁胺醇，肌注黄体酮、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗；观察组62例，在西药治疗的同时口服中药加味寿胎汤，1剂/d，水煎早晚分服。2组均以2周为1个疗程；治疗期间绝对卧床休息，禁止房事，避免精神刺激及不必要的妇科检查。结果：治愈率对照组为65.00%，观察组为82.26%；总有效率对照组为85.00%，观察组为96.77%。2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率对照组为16.67%，观察组为6.45%。2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗早期先兆流产疗效较单纯西药治疗疗效更为显著，治愈率高，且不良反应发生率低。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating threatened abortion. Method: All 122 patients were randomly divided into 60 cases in control group and 62 cases in observation group. Control group received oral medication of vitamin E and salbutamol as well as intramuscular injection of progesterone and chorionic gonadotrophin; observation group took modified ShouTaiTang on the base of western medicine, one dose each day, take twice after decocted. One session was two weeks; during treating the patients should rest on bed and abstinence, avoid psychological stimulation and unnecessary gynecological examination. Result: Cure rate of control group was 65.00%, lower than 82.26% of observation group； Total effective rate of control group was 85%, lower than 96.77% of observation group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Incidence of adverse reaction of control group was 16.67%, higher than 6.45% of observation group. Comparison of both group indicated statistical meaning in adverse reaction(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can obtain better effects in treating threatened abortion than only western medicine with high cure rate and low incidence of adverse reaction.
