摘要:
指出目前中医学专业实习生出科考核存在的主要问题，研究制定了连云港附属医院出科考核方案；通过实践，不仅学生的临床技能和带教老师的带教能力得到了明显提高，而且该院对临床教学质量的管理能力也得到了极大提高。
Abstract:
The main issues existed in the practice examination for TCM extern are pointed out and examination program is studied and formulated; not only the students’ clinical skills and the teachers’ teaching ability, but also hospital management to the quality of clinical teaching has been improved greatly through the practice.
