摘要:
目的：观察糖脂消联合马来酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：将60例合并2型糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)，对照组在常规治疗基础上口服马来酸罗格列酮4mg，1片/d，连用12周；治疗组在对照组基础上加服糖脂消，1剂/d，连用12周。观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、体重指数 (BMI)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及肝脏B超的变化。结果：2组治疗后治疗组总有效率86.7%，高于对照组的40.0%，有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。结论：糖脂消联合马来酸罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝效果显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TangZhiXiao and rosiglitazone maleate in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Method: sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group, on the base of routine treatment, the control group took rosiglitazone maleate 4mg, one pill each time, for 12 consecutive weeks; the treatment group took TangZhiXiao, one dose each day, for 12 consecutive weeks. Changes of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), two-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG), hemoglobin A1C (HBA1C), body mass index (BMI), serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and hepatic ultrasonic B were observed before and after treatment. Result:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, higher than 40.0% of the control group after treating with significant difference (P＜ 0.01). Conclusion: TangZhiXiao and rosiglitazone maleate are effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with NAFLD.
