摘要:
目的：观察桂枝茯苓汤加味联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：将94例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组各47例。观察组给予桂枝茯苓汤加味联合米非司酮治疗，对照组予米非司酮治疗，定期复查妇科超声、血茁-HCG，比较2组血β-HCG下降至正常时间、异位妊娠包块吸收时间及月经恢复时间、住院时间等。结果：观察组治愈率为95.74%，优于对照组的63.83%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组血β-HCG降至正常所需时间、月经恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桂枝茯苓汤加味联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠疗效确切，优于单用米非司酮治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified GuiZhi FuLingTang and mifepristone in the conservative treatment for ectopic gestation. Method: Ninety-four patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. The observation group received modified GuiZhi FuLingTang and mifepristone,the control group took mifepristone. Level of β-HCG in the blood and gynecological ultrasonic were checked periodically, hospitalization time, time of menstrual recovery, the absorption time of enclosed mass and the time of β-HCG return to normal level were compared. Result: The cure rate of the observation group was 95.74% ,superior to 63.83% of the control group significantly, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of β-HCG return to normal level, time of menstrualrecovery and hospitalization time remarkably, the differences showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion:M odified GuiZhi FuLingTang and mifepristone are effective in treating ectopic gestation, superior to clinical effects of mifepristone only.
