摘要:
目的：观察固肾益血方联合米非司酮治疗绝经前期崩漏的临床疗效。方法：将210例绝经前崩漏患者随机分为中药组、西药组和中西药结合组，每组70例。3组分别给予固肾益血方、米非司酮及固肾益血方联合米非司酮治疗，均连续治疗3个疗程。观察并比较3组治疗前后性激素水平变化、临床疗效及近期复发情况。结果：雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)等性激素水平3组治疗后均较治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )；治疗后中药组与西药组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，中西药结合组与中药组及西药组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )。痊愈率中西药结合组与中药组及西药组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )；总有效率3组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。与西药组相比，中西药结合组月经正常人数明显增加(P＜0.05 )，而复发人数明显减少(P＜0.05 )。结论：固肾益血方联合米非司酮可有效改善绝经前期崩漏妇女的临床症状，调节性激素水平，临床疗效优于单一用药，且复发率低，可维持月经正常。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey curative effects of GuShen YiXue prescription combined with mifepristone in treating premenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods: A total of 210 patients were divided into herbal group, western medicine group and integrative medicine group randomly, 70 cases each group. Three groups were given with GuShen YiXue prescription, mifepristone, GuShen YiXue prescription and mifepristone respectively for three consecutive courses of the treatment. The changes of sex hormone, curative effects and short-term relapse conditions of three groups were observed and compared between before and after treating. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning when E2 , FSH, LH and others of three groups after treating were compared with the sex hormones before treating(P＜0.05); The difference had no statistical meaning when herbal group was compared with western medicine group after treating(P＞0.05), the difference demonstrated statistical meaning when integrative medicine group was compared with herbal group and western medicine group (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning when cure rate of the integrative medicine group was compared with herbal group and western medicine group(P＜0.05); the difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparison among three groups of total effective rates(P＞0.05). Compared with western medicine group, the people with normal menstruation in the integrative medicine group increased notably(P＜0.05), while the people suffering from the relapse reduced obvisouly(P＜0.05). Conclusion: GuShen YiXue prescription combined with mifepristone could effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patients with premenopausal uterine bleeding, regulate the levels of sex hormones, its effects are superior to these of single drug, and it shows low relapse rate and maintain normal menstruation.
