摘要:
从非选择性阳离子通道(NC)在缺血性中风病中的作用及缺血性中风病的发病机制,酸感受离子通道(ASIC)与磺酰脲类受体1(SUR1)在缺血性中风中表达的意义角度分析了针灸治疗缺血性中风病的可能机制,提出利用激光共聚焦、膜片钳等技术可望进一步揭示针灸治疗缺血性中风病的作用机制。
Abstract:
The mechanism of acupuncture in treating cerebral infarction was analyzed from the role of nonselective cation channels (NCC) played in cerebral infarction , the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction and significance of acid-sensing ion channels (ASIC) and sulfonylurea receptor Ⅰ (SUR Ⅰ) expression in cerebral infarction, it could be revealed further with the technique of laser copolymerization focus (LCF) and patch clamp.
