摘要:
目的：观察手法复位、小夹板固定治疗肱骨外髁翻转移位骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用手法复位、小夹板固定治疗肱骨外髁翻转移位骨折患者 33 例，3-6 个月后随访，评定疗效。结果：随访结果显示优 28 例，良3 例，可 1 例，差 1 例，优良率达 93.4%。结论：手法复位、小夹板固定治疗肱骨外髁翻转移位骨折疗效满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization in treating tumbling displaced fracture of external condyle of humerus. Method: All 33 patients were treated with manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization and followed up in three to six months, clinical efficacy was assessed. Result: The results showed that there were 28 cases with excellent effects, three cases with good effects,one case effective and one case ineffective, excellent rate reached to 93.4%. Conclusion: Manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization could obtain satisfactory effects in treating tumbling displaced fracture of external condyle of humerus.
