摘要:
目的：评价藤黄健骨胶囊结合拉伸锻炼治疗腰肌劳损的疗效。方法：将72例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各36例，观察组使用藤黄健骨胶囊结合拉伸锻炼，对照组使用吲哚美辛片结合拉伸锻炼。治疗28天后观察2组疗效。结果：观察组痊愈率为82.9%，总有效率为94.3%；对照组痊愈率为54.3%，总有效率为80.0%。痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：藤黄健骨胶囊结合拉伸锻炼治疗腰肌劳损疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess clinical efficacy of TengHuang JianGu capsule combined with stretching for lumbar muscle degeneration. Method: All 72 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the patients in the observation group were given with TengHuang JianGu capsule and stretching, the control group received indometacin tablets and stretching, clinical effects were compared after treating for 28 days. Result: Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 82.9% and 94.3% higher than 54.3% and 80.0% of the control groupthe difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TengHuang JianGu capsule and stretching are effective in treating lumbar muscle degeneration.
