摘要:: 目的：探讨高频彩色超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析159例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿(观察组)和140例正常儿童(对照组)的肠系膜淋巴结影像资料，观察其高频超声表现特点。结果：高频超声筛查出腹痛患儿所显示的肠系膜淋巴结肿大均为多发，其中以右下腹和脐周最为多见，具有典型的声像图特征。抗炎治疗1周后复查，肿大淋巴结体积均有缩小或消失。结论：高频彩色超声能清晰显示肿大的肠系膜淋巴结，能为临床明确诊断和观察疗效提供客观的影像依据，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in pediatrics. Method: The imaging data of 159 cases (the observation group) and 140 cases (the control group) were analyzed retrospectively to observe the features of high frequency ultrasound. Result: The results showed that mesenteric lymph node enlargements were multiple, especially at right lower abdomen and around the umbilical cord, which demonstrated typical sonographic features. Enlarged lymph nodes became smaller or were disappeared in the check after the patients were treated in one week. Conclusion: High frequency color Doppler ultrasound could reveal enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes clearly, it could provide objective imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis and curative effects, which owns important clinical value.
