摘要:
目的：探讨不同方法对市售蕲蛇样品真伪特征鉴别结果的准确性。方法：对来自不同销售公司蕲蛇样品分别采用传统鉴别方法和分子生物学方法进行鉴定。结果：采集三个城市医药销售公司共30个蕲蛇样品，传统外观和显微镜方法鉴定30个样品中有25个正品，5个伪品，合格率为83.3%；用分子生物学方法从市售蕲蛇样品中抽提线粒体DNA，采用PCR方法进行特异性引物扩增。30个蕲蛇样品中合格品20个，不合格品10个，合格率为66.67%。结论：传统鉴别方法鉴别市售蕲蛇样品特异性较低，分子生物学方法检测简单、准确、快捷，对规范市售蕲蛇中药材市场具有广阔前景。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the accuracy of different methods in distinguishing commercial ancistrodon acutus. Methods: The samples from different companies were identified with traditional method and the method of molecular biology respectively. Results: Altogether 30 kinds of samples from three pharmaceutical companies were collected. the results showed that there were 25 kinds of authentic ones and five counterfeit ones, qualification rate was 83.3%; DNA of mitochondria were extracted from the samples by the method of molecular biology, specific primers were amplified by PCR method. There were 20 kinds of qualified goods and ten kinds of unqualified ones, qualification rate was 66.67%. Conclusion: Traditional identification method is of low specificity, the method of molecular biology is simple, accurate and rapid, it demonstrates broad prospect to regulate the marketing of ancistrodon acutus.
