目的:研究不同功能疗效中药复方的吸水性,检验煎药加水量参考公式的准确性,探究中药自动煎药机最合适的加水量。方法:对3类不同功效处方煎药加水量与煎取量进行详细记录,分析研究其吸水性。结果:加水量最合适的处方为解表剂2张处方(3~7付),占代煎处方的10%,补益剂为4张占20%,一般药剂为11张占55%。结论:不同功能疗效中药复方的吸水系数差别较大,应灵活运用加水公式,确保最合适的加水量,保证煎药质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To study water absorption of TCM compound with different properties, check the accuracy of added water reference formula, investigating the appropriate water volume of automatic decoction machine. Methods: Added water and decoction volume of three prescriptions with different properties were recorded in detail, their water absorption was analyzed. Results: The prescriptions with the most appropriate water volume were two pieces of exterior-relieving ones (three to seven pieces), which occupied 10% of all the decoctions, four pieces of tonification ones and accounted for 20%, 11 pieces of common prescriptions and 55%. Conclusion: Absorption coefficients of TCM compound with different properties are different, we should flexibly use the formula, ensure the most appropriate water volume and the quality of the decoction.
