摘要:
目的：探讨综合护理干预对自然分娩初产妇心理健康、产程和泌乳功能的影响。方法：将自然分娩初产妇80例随机分为干预组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上给予心理干预、耳穴按压、乳房护理。比较干预前后Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分，并观察2组产妇产程和泌乳始动时间及泌乳量。结果：干预组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预组第1、2、3产程短于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预组泌乳始动时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)，泌乳量多于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预能改善自然分娩初产妇的心理健康，缩短产程，提高泌乳功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological health, birth process and lactation of the primiparas undergoing natural labor. Methods: Eighty primiparas were randomized into the intervention group and the control group, 40 cases each group. The control group adopted routine care, and the intervention group were given with psychological intervention, auricular pressure, breast care on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted. The scales of SAS and SDS were compared between before and after the intervention, birth process, lactation begining time and lactation amount of both groups were observed. Results: The intervention group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS scales obviously(P＜0.05); the intervention group was shorter than the control group notably in the first, second and third birth process(P＜0.05); the intervention group was shorter than the control group remarkably in lactation begining time (P＜0.05), superior to the control group in lactation amount remarkably(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve psychological health of the primiparas undergoing natural labor, shorten birth process and improve lactation functions.
