摘要:
急性白血病的病因包括先天、后天、痘疹及病后、外感、境遇、医药之因等6个方面，病机为病理因素即邪毒，病变部位在骨髓，疾病属性虚夹实，病势发展急而速。临证时宜分为邪毒炽盛、痰瘀互结，邪毒渐退、气阴两虚，气血不足、阴阳两虚3型，治用回生汤系列方，并给予适宜的防护，可达清热败毒、宁血祛瘀、益肾填髓之效。
Abstract:
The causes of acute leukemia could be divided into six aspects: congenital cause, postnatal cause, exanthema variolosum, being after the illness, exogenous pathogen, the circumstance and the medicine, pathological factors were pathogenic factors and toxicity, pathological location was bone marrow, the disease was of the deficiency complicated with the excess, the development of the disease was rapid. The disease could be differentiated as three patterns of pathogenic factors and toxin thriving, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, pathogenic factors and toxin gradually disappearing, dual deficiency of Qi and Yin, deficiency of Qi and blood, dual deficiency of Yin and Yang, and the patient was treated by prescription series of HuiSheng Tang, and given with suitable prevention and care, which could obtain the effects of heat-clearing and detoxifying, blood stopping and blood stasis eliminating, kidney nourishing and marrow filling.
