摘要:
目的:建立测定甜叶菊提取物中总多酚和总多糖含量的方法,并测定其含量。方法:分别以没食子酸和葡萄糖作为测定总多酚和总多糖含量的对照品,采用可见分光光度法测定甜叶菊提取物中总多酚和总多糖的含量。结果:测得甜叶菊提取物中总多酚总多糖含量分别为1.36 mg、1.73 mg。结论:该方法简单可行,重现性良好,测定结果准确、可信,可以作为甜叶菊提取物中总多酚和总多糖含量的测定方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the method of determining the contents of total polyphenols and total polysaccharide in the extract of TianYeJu[Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) Hemsl], and determine their contents. Methods: The contents of total polyphenols and total polysaccharide in the extract of TianYeJu were detected by visible spectrophotometric method, gallic acid and glucose were tanked as the control articles of determining total polyphenols and total polysaccharide. Results: The contents of total polyphenols and total polysaccharide in the extract of TianYeJu were 1.36 mg and 1.73 mg respectively. Conclusion: The method, simple, feasible, reproducible, accurate and reliable, could be taken as the method of determining the contents of total polyphenols and total polysaccharide in the extract of TianYeJu.
