摘要:
目的:分析和鉴定木瓜中脂肪酸及其他脂溶性成分。方法:木瓜粉碎后过40目筛,用石油醚(60~90℃)回流提取,提取液经浓缩后进行甲酯化,采用GC-MS法对其脂肪酸及其他脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:从木瓜石油醚提取物中检测出13种物质,鉴定出其中的4种脂肪酸和8种非脂肪酸成分。结论:木瓜中的主要脂肪酸成分为14-甲基-十五酸(15.21%)、油酸(34.79%)、亚油酸(14.72%)和硬脂酸甲酯(2.59%)。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze and identify fatty acid and other liposoluble components in pawpaw (Fructus Chaenomelis). Methods: Pawpaw was smeared and screened by 40 meshes, refluxed and extracted by petroleum benzin (60~90℃), the extraction underwent esterification after condensed, fatty acid and other liposoluble components in pawpaw were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Results: Altogether 13 kinds of organic compounds were found in the extract of pawpaw, four kinds of fatty acids and eight kinds of non fatty acids were identified. Conclusion: Main fatty acids in pawpaw are 14-methyl-Pentadecanoic acid (15.21%), 9-(Z)-Octadecenoie acid (34.79%), 9, 12-(Z, Z)-Octadecadienoie acid (14.72%) and Octadecanoic acid (2.59%).
