摘要:
目的：观察疏肝滋肾汤治疗绝经后女性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将绝经后女性骨关节炎患者60例随机分为2组，每组30例，治疗组予疏肝滋肾汤加减治疗；对照组予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗，4周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%，对照组为83.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组治疗后单项中医症状疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：疏肝滋肾汤治疗绝经后女性骨关节炎疗效肯定。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of ShuGan ZiShen Tang in treating the osteoarthritis of female patients after the menopause. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group, the patients in the treatment group were treated with modified ShuGan ZiShen Tang; while the patients of the control group took glucosamine capsules, four weeks were one course of the treatment, clinical effects of both groups were observed after two courses of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, higher than 83.33% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of clinical effects of single TCM symptom after treating between both groups (P＜0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects. Conclusion: ShuGan ZiShen Tang could obtain definite effects in treating the osteoarthritis of female patients after the menopause.
