摘要:
目的：对兰州市11 430名年龄在3～10岁的儿童进行先天性儿童手畸形调查，为甘肃省兰州地区该病的患病率提供较为准确的流行病学相关数据，发现可能的致病原因及相关危险因素。方法：对甘肃省兰州地区2013年3月至2015年12月的11 430名年龄在3～10岁的儿童进行先天性手部畸形的流行病学调查，并进行分析。结果：共检出44例手部畸形患儿，占总人数的0.39%。其中拇指先天畸形所占比例最高，占68.19%。结论：兰州三县五区先天性手部畸形患病率高于上海市区；主要因素与接触放射性等有害物质、药物、病毒感染、遗传有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate 11 430 children with congenital clubhand from three to ten years old in Lanzhou city, therefore to provide relatively accurate data related to epidemiology for prevalence in Lanzhou city of Gansu province; to find out possible pathogenesis and relevant risk factors were found. Methods: The epidemiology of 11 430 children with congenital clubhand from three to ten years old in Lanzhou city from March, 2013 to December, 2015 were investigated, epidemiology of all data were analyzed. Results: All 44 children with clubhand were detected, about 0.39%. Incidence rate of thumb congenital deformity in congenital clubhand was the highest, about 68.19 %. Conclusion: Incidence rate of congenital clubhand in three counties and five districts of Lanzhou are higher than that of Shanghai city obviously; the main factors of prevalence are related with toxic substances of radioactivity, drug, virus infection and heredity.
