摘要:
目的:研究酸枣仁汤抗焦虑的药理作用机制。方法:建立高架十字迷宫大鼠焦虑模型,观察酸枣仁汤对焦虑大鼠行为的影响,Elisa法检测其脑内海马五羟色胺(5-HT)、五羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、伽马氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(GLU)、去肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果:各给药组开放臂进入次数与进入时间与模型组比较均显著提高(P<0.05);各给药组进臂总次数与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。酸枣仁汤高、低剂量组5-HT、5-HIAA、GABA、GLU、NE的含量均有一定变化。结论:酸枣仁汤低剂量组可以明显改善高架十字迷宫所致焦虑对大鼠的影响,主要体现在大鼠开放臂进入次数与进入时间的增加,以及GABA/GLU的值显著提升。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the pharmacological action and mechanism of SuanZaoRen Tang (Spine Date Seed decoction) against anxiety. Methods: Model of anxious rats in elevated plus maze were established. Effects of SuanZaoRen Tang on anxious rats’ behaviors were observed. The contents of 5-HT, 5-HIAA, GABA, GLU and NE in hippocampus were determined by Elisa method. Results: Compared with model group, the open-arm entry frequency and entry time of each intervention groups increased significantly (P<0.05); compared with model group, total arm entry frequencies of each intervention groups had no significant differences (P>0.05). Contents of 5-HT, 5-HIAA, GABA, GLU and NE in low and high dose groups of SuanZaoRen Tang all had a certain changes. Conclusion: Low dose group of SuanZaoRen Tang can significantly improve the effects of the anxiety caused by elevated plus maze on rats which mainly show in the increase of the open-arm entry frequency and entry time, and the significant increase of the GABA/GLU value.
