摘要:
目的：观察失效模式和效应分析模式应用于儿童急诊静脉留置针的成效以及安全性。方法：将急诊输液使用静脉留置针的患儿186例随机分为对照组和研究组各93例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施常规护理+失效模式和效应分析模式。观察2组患者护理效能评分及留置针留置时间、留置安全质量风险优选指数(RPN)以及护理人员满意度情况。结果：实施护理后，研究组RPN值低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组护理效能评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组留置时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组护理人员满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对急诊静脉留置针患儿实施失效模式和效应分析模式能有效降低风险，提高静脉导管护理效能及护理人员的满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the safety and the effects of failure mode and effects analysis applied to the children with emergency intravenous indwelling needle. Methods: All 186 children were randomized into the control group and the study group, 93 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care, while the study group received conventional care, failure mode and effects analysis. Nurse's satisfactory degree, risk priority number (RPN) of retention safety and quality, retention time of detaining needle and nursing effect scales of both groups were observed. Results: After implementing the care, the study group was lower than the control group in RPN values, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the study group was superior to the control group in nursing effect scales, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the study group was higher than the control group in nurse's satisfactory degree, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Application of failure mode and effects analysis to the children with emergency intravenous indwelling needle could effectively lower the risk, improve nursing effects of ductus venosus and nurse's satisfactory degree.
