摘要:
目的：了解我院中药注射液不良反应发生特点与规律，促进临床安全合理用药。方法：采用回顾性方法，对 41 例中药注射液不良反应发生患者的年龄、性别、不良反应所涉及的器官系统与临床表现、构成比进行统计分析。结果：皮肤损害、过敏反应和心血管系统损害占总例数的 82.92%，频数居前 3 位的占 70.73%，频数居前 3 位的 5 种药品的金额占 13 种中药注射液金额的 63.20%，60 岁以上患者占 41.46%。结论：中药注射液的不良反应的发生率与患者的性别无关，与药品的金额、药品质量、患者年龄、个人因素、临床不合理使用等因素有关；临床应严格按照药品说明书的适应症和相关指南规定合理使用，预防和减少不良反应的发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse reactions caused by TCM injections in our hospital and promote rational use of medicine in clinic. Method: The age and gender of 41 patients suffering from adverse reactions, the organs and the system involved in the adverse reaction, clinical manifestation, and proportion were analyzed statistically with the retrospective survey. Result: The skin lesion, allergic reactions and damage to cardiovascular system took up 82.92% of the total number of cases, the top three frequencies occupied 70.73%, the top three sums of five kinds of medicine took up 63.20% of the sum of 13 kinds of TCM injections, the patients more than 60 years occupied 41.46%. Conclusion: The incidence of adverse reaction caused by TCM injections was related to sum, quality and irrational use of the drugs, the age, personal factors of the patients, not related to the gender of the patients; rational use in accordance with the indication and guide of drug instructions strictly in clinic can prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
