摘要:
目的：观察稳心颗粒治疗有症状功能性早搏的临床疗效。方法：使用随机平行对照方法，将52例患者随机分为2组。治疗组26例，给予稳心颗粒，1包/次，2次/d。对照组26例，给予倍他乐克，25 mg/次，2次/d。2组均以连续治疗1个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组显效10例，有效13例，无效3例，总有效率88.46%。对照组显效7例，有效15例，无效4例，总有效率84.62%。2组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗组对心率和血压的影响小于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗组不良反应低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：稳心颗粒治疗有症状的功能性早搏临床疗效显著，副作用小。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of Wenxin granules in treating functional premature beat. Methods: All 52 patients were randomized into two groups by randomized parallel controlled method. The treatment group took WenXin granules, one pack, twice per day, and the control group metoprolol, 25mg each time, twice per day. One month was one course of the treatment. Curative effects and adverse reaction of both groups were observed. Results: There were ten cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective, three cases ineffective, total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.46%. There were seven cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective, four cases ineffective, total effective rate 84.62%. The difference had no statistical meaning between both groups (P＞0.05). The influence on heart rate and blood pressure in the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Adverse reactions of the treatment group were less than these of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: WenXin granules are effective in treating functional premature beat with minor side-effects.
