摘要:
目的：观察固冲止崩汤联合妈富隆治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。2组患者均于诊刮术后第1天给予妈富隆，观察组在诊刮术后当日即给予固元止崩汤。观察2组治疗后血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕激素(PROG)、雌二醇(E2)含量变化、控制出血时间、月经规律时间及不良反应。结果：治愈率观察组为70.00%，对照组为57.50%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.50%，对照组为82.50%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。2组治疗后血清E2、FSH和LH相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组控制出血时间、月经规律时间、不良反应相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：固冲止崩汤联合妈富隆治疗更年期功能性子宫出血临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of GuChong ZhiBengTang and marvelon in treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method: All 80 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. Patients of both groups were given with marvelon at the 1st day after dilatation and curettage of uterine, the observation group took GuChong ZhiBengTang at the day of dilatation and curettage of uterine. Adverse reaction, the regular time of menses, time of stopping bleeding, contents change of E2, PROG, LH and FSH were observed after treating. Result: Cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 70.00% and 57.50%, comparison of both groups showed significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.50% and 82.50%, it suggested the significant difference (P＜0.05).The comparisons demonstrated the statistical meaning in serum E2, FSH and LH after treating (P＜0.05). The differences between both groups in time of stopping bleeding, regular time of menses and adverse reaction were significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: GuChong ZhiBengTang combined with marvelon could obtain remarkable effects in treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
