摘要:
目的：观察止痛散敷脐治疗儿童功能性再发性腹痛的临床疗效。方法：将68例患儿随机分为2组。观察组34例给予止痛散敷脐治疗，3次/d，20 min/次；对照组34例给予口服山莨菪碱，1 mg/（kg·d），3次/d。观察2组临床疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果：治愈率观察组为55.88%，对照组为5.82%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为94.12%，对照组为70.59%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后症状均明显减轻（P＜0.05），观察组减轻更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：止痛散敷脐治疗儿童功能性再发性腹痛方法简便，临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of umbilical compressing of ZhiTong San in treating functional recurrent abdominal pain(FRAP) in children. Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided to two groups. The treatment group received umbilical compressing of ZhiTong San, three times per day, 20 minutes each time. The control group took anisodamine, 1 mg/(kg·d), three time per day. Therapeutic effects and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed in both groups. Results: Cure rate of the treatment group was 55.88%, higher than 5.82% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 94.12% and 70.59% respectively, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The symptoms of both groups were alleviated after treating (P＜0.05), but the treatment group was improved more significantly(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Umbilical compressing of ZhiTong San is simple and effective in treating FRAP of children.
