摘要:
目的：观察生肌玉红膏治疗难愈性创面的临床疗效。方法：将72例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各36例。观察组用生肌玉红膏外敷，并以凡士林油纱密封覆盖保湿，每日换药1次；对照组行负压引流技术(VSD)治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为77.78%，对照组为80.56%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：生肌玉红膏外敷可有效促进外伤后难愈性创面愈合。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of ShengJi YuHong ointment in treating refractory wound. Methods: All 72 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 36 cases each group. The observation group accepted ShengJi YuHong ointment for external use, sealed and covered by vaseline gauze to keep the wound moist, changing the dressing once each day; the control group were treated by vaccum sealing drainage (VSD). Clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 77.78%, lower than 80.56% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: ShengJi YuHong ointment for external use could effectively promote the healing of refractory wound after the injury.
