摘要:
目的：观察黄连温胆汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)四联疗法治疗消化不良合并Hp感染的临床疗效。方法：将276例患者随机分为观察组136例和对照组140例。观察组采用四联根除方案+黄连温胆汤加味汤治疗，对照组采用单纯四联根除方案治疗，疗程均为14天。6个月后随访，比较2组Hp根除率、症状改善及不良反应发生率等。结果：根除率观察组为92.67%，对照组为72.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组根除Hp成功患者6个月后症状积分均有所降低，治疗前后组内及治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：黄连温胆汤联合四联疗法治疗消化不良合并Hp感染临床疗效显著，可增加Hp根除率，减少不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of HuangLian WenDan decoction and anti-Hp quadruple the ropy in treating dyspepsia complicated by HP-infection. Methods: All 276 patients were randomized into the observation group(136 cases) and the control group(140 cases), The observation group accepted quadruple eradication therapy and modified HuangLian WenDan decoction, and the control group quadruple eradication therapy only, the course was 14 days. The patients in both groups were followed for six months, to compare Hp eradication rate, symptom improvement and the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups. Results: The eradication rate of the observation group was 92.67%, obviously higher than 72.00% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.001); symptom scales of both groups lowered after Hp was eradicated successfully in six months, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison within the groups and between both groups after treating(P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reaction(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The administration of modified HuangLian WenDan decoctionduring the course of eradicating Hp could obviously raise the success rate of Hp eradication rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
