摘要:
目的:观察中医手法联合SDS(非手术脊柱减压系统)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者按照就诊顺序随机分为对照组、观察组各48例。2组均给予基础治疗，对照组给予非手术脊柱减压，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医推拿手法治疗。结果：功能障碍评分及VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率对照组为85.42%，观察组为95.83%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医手法联合SDS治疗腰椎间盘突出症，可有效改善患者腰部功能障碍，减轻疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of TCM manipulation maneuver combined with SDS (Nonoperative spinal decompression system) in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group according to the visiting order, both groups were given basic therapy, the control group SDS, and the observation group TCM manipulation maneuver on the foundation of SDS. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Oswestry dysfunction index and VAS scales before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the control group was 85.42%, lower than 95.83% of the observation group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM manipulation maneuver combined with SDS could effectively improve lumbar dysfunction of the patients and mitigate the pain.
