摘要:: 目的：观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例，对照组服用三苯氧胺进行治疗，10～20 mg/次，2次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用桂枝茯苓胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d，经期停服。2组均连续治疗3周。观察2组临床疗效，并比较治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等血清细胞因子的水平变化情况。结果：中医证候积分、肿瘤三径之和治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为93.02%，对照组为74.42%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。CRP、IL-2和TNF-α水平治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效显著，可改善血清细胞因子水平。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling capsules joined with tamoxifen in the treatment for oophoritic cyst. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group in light of visiting order, 43 cases each group, the control group took tamoxifen, 10~20 mg each time, twice each day. The observation group were administered with Guizhi Fuling capsules based on the therapy the control group received, three pills each time, three times each day, stopping taking during menstrual period. Both groups were treated for three weeks consecutively. To observe clinical effects between both groups, and compare the levels of CRP, IL-2, TNF-α and others before and after treating. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in TCM syndrome scores and the sum of three diameters of the tumor within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference could be found between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, higher than 74.42% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The difference could be found in the levels of CRP, IL-2 and TNF-α between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling capsules joined with tamoxifen could obtain notable effects in the treatment for oophoritic cyst, and it could improve the levels of serum cytokines.
