摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：采用等距随机抽样法将慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者150例分为对照组和观察组各75例，对照组采用健康宣教、心理干预及锻炼指导等护理方式，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药浴足、穴位按揉、膳食及情志护理，2个疗程后观察两组患者不良情绪以及生活质量。结果：护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组生活质量8个维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合护理可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者不良情绪及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of integrative medicine nursing on negative moods and quality of life of COPD patients. Methods: Using isometric random sampling, 150 COPD patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group, the control group adopted health education, psychological intervention, exercise guidance and other nursing modes, and the observation group foot bath with herbs, acupoint massage, dietary nursing and emotional nursing, to observe negative emotions and quality of life of the patients in both groups after two courses. Results: After nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group in anxiety and depression scores, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in eight dimensional scores of quality of life, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine nursing could effectively improve negative moods and quality of life of COPD patients.
